When un-natural ingredients are ingested, inhaled or put on the skin (your largest organ) these ingredients move into your system. They destabilize the natural functioning of the body. When you look at the myriad of ways you treat your body, look to ways that are compassionate with your system. Feeling beautiful is positive because it allows you to appreciate and love yourself more. Apply gentleness and caring to all aspects of your life.
