Judging and blaming your partner

Judging and blaming your partner

You are the touchstone of your experience.

There is a tendency to blame the other for our experience. We think they are responsible for our feelings. We think we feel badly because of how the other is acting or impinging upon our life. And this stems from our judgment.

You are the byproduct of the degree to which you have been released from fear.

You are a byproduct of your awareness and energy and vibration. When we see another with judgment, when we blame another for our experience, we are projecting our inner experience upon them and projecting our fears and lack of resolution upon them.

In situations where there is negativity, it is only pain acting.

When we see that it is only another’s pain acting, when we see that it is our separation and lack of resolution acting when we are in judgment, we can realize that it is possible to love someone even when we don’t agree with them. Someone’s actions do not prohibit us from loving them.
