We don’t usually connect Mindfulness with manifesting the life we want. Mindfulness usually is about having a more peaceful mind. New thought teachers tell us that it’s our thoughts that determine our ability to manifest. But here’s a deeper understanding and the missing piece.
Manifestation arises vibrationally when we are in connection to the source of power within. A thought that is disconnected, separated from the power of source, has little energy to manifest and attract. When we employ mindfulness we bring the mind to a new set-point of calmness and peace in the present moment. The present moment is the only place that holds power. Most times we are lost in the past or future, being a victim or in worry or fear, and we remain disconnected from our true Self and its true power. When we are present and calm we access both the intelligence and power that exists within our true Self and we then have the ability to create the will and beliefs necessary and have them be supported by universal power.
We can think about money or relationships all day but if those thoughts are not powered by a deeper level than the thinking level nothing will happen. Thoughts must be powered first by the emotional level which is deeper than the mind and then powered by the source of all power below the emotional level for thoughts to manifest fully. Mindfulness bring us into alignment and calms the mind. It removes resistance and the monkey mind allowing us a deeper connection to our Self. It is this connection that powers manifestation.
Manifestation also occurs most rapidly when it is in alignment with the laws of nature. If it is out of universal alignment, out of love, compassion, peace and expansion, then nature will not support it. If it is in alignment with your purpose and expansion and the world’s purpose and expansion, then it will hold the greatest power.
