Shame and guilt stem from unworthiness.
Your inner monologues have tremendous power over you; they affect your mood, your physical body, your reality, and how life shows up. Your belief and energy create your reality. If your internal voice is creating a dialogue that arises out of unworthiness and reinforces shame and guilt, you can get caught in a habitual state of constant internal degradation and tearing yourself down.
Stop / Look / Feel / Accept / See the Truth/ and Change the story…Take the time to see deeply into the shame and guilt. What is the vibrational dissonance beneath the chatter? Is it sadness, fear, anger, shame? What is the truth of the situation?
This process is a blessing because we are allowing emotion and energy to flow and we are being our authentic Selves, without defenses and screens that keep us from our own true nature. Where there is acceptance, judgment no longer has any power.
Without the energy keeping it alive, no thought can survive. When we Stop, Look, Feel, Accept, See the Truth and Change the Story, we dissipate dissonant energy and make room for expansion.
The vast majority of people live with a constant self-loathing voice in their head. I’m a looser, ugly, fat, and stupid. We believe this to be the truth of who we are. When we hold this fear and sadness, it creates this lie and we create a wall of separation. When we are no longer held hostage to the personal or collective dissonance, to the unworthy story in our minds, we are able to experience our magnificence and our energy flows creatively.
