Transformation is bringing what is hidden into awareness and feeling it. How do you really feel about yourself? Do you ever feel you are unworthy or unlovable? What lies beneath these feelings? Do you remember times when you made a mistake, forgot something important, broke a vow, crashed the car, lost your keys, got really angry, failed a test, got lost in addiction, told a lie? Were you filled with guilt and shame? Did this make you feel you were not good enough? And underneath all of it, is there sadness? Maybe some fear?

Finding purpose in tragedy

I hold a belief that everything is perfect, divine. That belief gets challenged when things like Orlando shootings, refugees in Syria, the death of a loved one, divorce and starvation in the Sudan happen. What could possibly be even remotely positive about this? I have gone from profoundly sad to angry to trying to understand. It has brought up a great deal inside me.
