Keep Your Eyes Cool and Relaxed this Summer

Mindfulness and Health

Mindfulness and Health

In essence, supporting your health is an act of gratitude and worship. You have been given this vehicle to express in the world and you must address the body’s requirements in a balanced fashion. Real dangers in using aluminum foil

Real dangers in using aluminum foil

Since 2012, scientific studies (International Journal of Electrochemical Science and others) have conclusively proven that aluminum leaches into food when you cook your food in aluminum foil. Just how much appears to depend on how high a temperature you cook at and the acidity of the food you are cooking, as well as spices used. What is it about the Mediterranean diet that is SO healthy?

Study after study reveals notable benefits of the Mediterranean diet for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s  -- so many chronic diseases. Avoiding Inflammation

Avoiding Inflammation

There are a few main causes of inflammation. It is a normal bodily response to protect us from infection caused by viruses and bacteria.
